accepted at the door or after May 31st, 2008. No refunds on
deposit. Money will be applied to next years Nationals. |

You may compete your age as of June 1, 2008, or the age you competed at DDA Mini Nationals 2008. You may move up a group if you wish but NEVER back. You must let us know by May 31st, 2008.After this date, no changes can be made. |

Please
submit a wallet size photo for the program book with name and age
group on back by May 31st, 2008. You may email photo and include
name and age group in your email. |

Refer 5
people not on our list who come to nationals and you may enter the
supreme package free! Refer 10 people not on our list and enter the
ENTIRE pageant free! **Your name must be on the referral line and a
deposit must be received by the final deadline date of May 31st, 2008 to receive credit for the referral. You should send in your
deposit and forms to secure your place in line up . If you refer 10
contestants that meet the above requirements, your deposit will be
refunded to you at registration in the form of cash. |

Contestants
are placed in line up according to when their deposit, emcee sheet
and registration form are received. FIRST IN - LAST OUT or your
choice in line *(first come, first serve) You are not officially
registered and placed in line until we receive your deposit and ALL
your information (emcee sheet, registration form and pics)
Special requests will be honored when available but are not
guaranteed. |

be in cash or certified funds. We will not accept any PayPal after this date. Do not ask. |

Please
contact the National Office if you plan to register late or at the
door so we can have the proper paperwork prepared ahead of time.
This also helps us make sure there are plenty of gifts to go around. |

Must have 40
contestants to award full amounts of money ( we do not anticipate
this to be a problem) This system has never prorated at a pageant
and doesn't plan to start. |

Age groups
are never combined. If an age group reaches a large number of
contestants we will consider splitting. No guarantees. |

Pageant
normally runs on time. Please cooperate with us to help make the
pageant run smoothly. A final schedule will be given out at
registration. Please be on time for each event. If you are not in
line when your name is called, you will have to compete at the end
of the group. We will
never start an event early unless everyone is lined up. If we are
running behind, we will post on updated schedule at the door. We
will try our best to stay on schedule but will keep you apprised of
any delays so you can plan accordingly. |

There is a
time limit of 1 1/2 minutes for beauty and 2 minutes for
modeling events and 3 minutes for Talent Events. When your time is up, the contestant will be
thanked and should exit the stage. There will be NO DEDUCTIONS if
the contestant has not finished her routine. |

Contestants
2 years old and under must be accompanied by an adult during line up
and stage competition. NO Exceptions |
| 15.
|
No cameras
of any kind will be allowed in the ballroom. A Professional
photographer and videographer will be on hand for stage shots and
videos. All Queens will be required to stay after crowning for group
and individual pictures for next years promotional materials. |

|
Anyone can recompete except Ultimate Grand, Grand Supreme, Ultimate Beauty and Mini Supremes (or the robed winners). Any National Royalty can Reign at nationals, we would love to have you. We just wanted to give you the option to compete if that is what you would like to do. |

You may use
one discount/package price plus an Early Bird Discount for the pageant, Unless the package is stated to include the earlybird discount. Discounts are given throughout
the year at preliminary pageants, stage pageants, from photo
contests, sibling discounts and guestbook drawings. You may
use the highest discount earned throughout the year. Darling
Dolls of America does offer a sibling discount. Pay the first
child's supreme entry in full and siblings may enter the supreme
package for 1/2 price. To use your discount, you deposit,
emcee sheet and registration form must be in our office by May
31, 2008. Discounts will be void after this date.
Discounts are not transferable from one contestant to anther.

Crowning
will be in beauty attire or crowning attire or American Doll wear if
appropiate. |
